More than one in three of us will develop cancer in their lives. Many of us have lost someone to it. We all want cures to be found.

Cancer Research UK is the leading independent funder of cancer research in Europe, but gets very little Government funding.
We are almost entirely funded by the public – without the generosity and dedication of our supporters we would not be able to continue to make progress against cancer.

The fifth annual Fright & Delight fancy dress party will build on the enormous success of last year's event which raised over £95,000 for Cancer Research UK.

"It is together, with the invaluable support of volunteers such as the Fright & Delight Committee, that we are able to fund 3,500 scientists, doctors and nurses throughout the UK who are working tirelessly to find new treatments and cures for cancer.”
